What’s better than getting outside to break a sweat? The correct answer is nothing. We’re proud to partner with Allen Centennial Gardens on UW’s campus to offer a variety of outdoor fitness classes for #ActiveBadgers looking to start their day in the great outdoors.

Kick start your day at Allen Centennial Gardens with a full-body bootcamp workout for all fitness levels.

    • Learn a variety of exercises using minimal equipment

Start your mornings at Allen Centennial Gardens with this Vinyasa-based flow designed to energize the body and stimulate the mind.
