Member Appreciation Days are all about celebrating you, our members! Thank you for showing us that “playing hard” doesn’t always mean winning, that “getting fit” comes in all shapes and sizes, and that “living well” is really about becoming the best version of yourself.

Mark your calendars for free fitness classes and orientations, healthy snacks, and lots of free stuff. We hope you’ll be able to join us during some of the special activity times listed below. If not, don’t worry. You’ll still have a chance to win prizes by just coming in and using our facilities.

All day: Working out is better with a buddy. Bring a friend for free to the Nat and Shell! Limit one guest per member.

This is also the first day of Stress Relief Week. Enjoy free Group Fitness classes all day!

Come in to any of our facilities today for a chance to win:
