Check out the Freemotion equipment in the Fitness Training Room! Freemotion is a new and user-friendly line of equipment that allows you to perform more than one exercise at certain pieces of equipment. For example, the Chest Press allows you to perform incline press, decline press, and chest flies. Unlike most fixed equipment, Freemotion strengthens critical stabilizing muscles in addition to the body's core strength, meanwhile allowing an increase in range of motion. Fitness Consultants are on staff to assist you with instruction.
Check out our Super Sircuit class! Classes are 30 minutes in length and led by 2 Fitness Consultants. The program utilizes the Freemotion equipment, stability balls, and exercise bikes.
You will also find a large stretching mat, stationary bicycles, and stability balls in the Fitness Training Room.
