Suggested items to bring/wear to class Group Fitness logo

Land Classes

  • Towel or mat (for toning exercise)
  • Water bottle
  • Proper aerobic shoes
  • Looser fitting clothing
  • Please do not wear your workout shoes outside. They track dirt and dust onto the floor, making it slippery and potentially unsafe.
Step Classes
  • Water bottle
  • Proper aerobic shoes

  • Bathing suit

  • Please do not wear shoes on the pool deck, unless they are specifically water training shoes
  • Please shower before entering the pool
Spinology Classes
  • Water bottle - this works best with a fanny pack or water belt
  • Small towel
  • Padded bike shorts (optional)

ENTRANCE POLICY

Land Classes

  • Please line up outside of the door before the class begins. Only 175 individuals will be admitted for all land classes. An 8 person minimum is required for all classes held in the gym.
Step Classes
  • Please line up outside of the door before the class begins. Only 99 individuals will be admitted for all classes utilizing the step. An 8 person minimum is required for all classes held in the gym.
Water Classes
  • Please go directly into the pool to begin class - access pool area through the locker room shower area; 30 people will be admitted. A 5 person minimum is required for all water classes (deep and shallow).
Spinology Classes
  • Pick up a bike tag at the Nat or SERF program office.
  • Present tag to Instructor upon entry to class.
  • Class is limited to 13 riders at Nat and 21 riders at SERF.
  • Bike tags can be picked up no earlier than 30 minutes before class.
  • One bike tag per person.
