Classes at the NAT
Bosu-Cardio
A heart pumping, workout that utilizes cardio moves while incorporating the bosus. You will get an awesome total body workout!
Cardio Strength
A high-energy class designed to get your heart pumping and feet moving with a total body workout! Includes high-moderate and low impact moves designed to improve aerobic fitness and muscular conditioning to improve strength.
Liquid Cardio
A refreshing alternative to land cardio with no impact. Class offers cardio and muscular toning by using the natural resistance of the water.Buoyancy belts and props are used to enhance the workout. Class held in Nat diving well.
Group Strength
Now offered at the Nat! A muscular conditioning workout like no other! Using free-weight equipment, instructors lead you through traditional and non-traditional exercises to improve your muscle tone and fitness level. Experience it once and you’re hooked! Some classes use BOSU instead of step to assist with exercises.
Hip Hop
If you like to dance, this class is for you. Break down dance patterns into easy to learn sections and you will learn funk and hip hop patterns used by professional dancers. Move and sweat to Club, House and Hip Hop music.
Powerflow
A hybrid class that incorporates Yoga and Pilates. Improve flexibility, balance, and strength. A workout from the inside out! Although fitness mats are provided, you are encouraged to bring your own yoga/pilates mat.
Spinology
Anyone can spin! An exciting cardio workout on cycles especially created for this workout! Instructors lead you through music driven rides. Challenge yourself! One of our most popular workouts! Class is limited to 28 riders at SERF and 20 riders at the Nat, so come early. All participants must pick up a bike tag at SERF or Nat offices to claim a bike. Instructor will show you how to set up your bike. Bring a small towel and water bottle! Be on time! Once the ride begins, no further participants will be admitted. Ride to a new level of fitness! Yoga
Improve flexibility, static strength and body awareness. Incorporates varied methods like Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga.
Zumba
New! A Latin-based workout that integrates dance with exercise! Zumba is a hot new trend all around the country! This new workout is like a party, come join the fun! Zumba Plus on Sundays is 75 minutes!
