African Dance
New! No part of the body or muscle is exempt from movement; African dance is complete and offers the TOTAL BODY WORKOUT! It strengthens the core, tones muscle, improves flexibility and endurance. Learn polyrhythm and polycentrism while dancing to killer drum patterns. Open to all levels. This class is offered at the SERF.

aqua Cardio Deep
A refreshing alternative to land aerobics with no impact. This class offers both cardiovascular and muscular gains by using the natural resistance of the water. Buoyancy belts are provided for comfort in the deep water. This class is only offered at the Nat. Refreshingly intense!

Belly Dance
Alternative fitness is a fast growing trend. Learn traditional belly dancing and get a great workout! Navel exposure not required. This class is only offered at the SERF.

Boot Camp
This is NOT your Mother's workout!! Military style workout that will kick your butt! Experience how to use your body as a machine, for the ultimate fitness experience...Not for sissies!

Bosu Strength
A challenging workout using an inflated dome, band and weights. Improve your muscle tone and motor skills. Abdominal training included. Same class format as Group Strength, but uses BOSU instead of step to assist with exercises.

Box Blast
A heart-pumping non-contact workout that uses creative combos of punches and kicks to challenge your aerobic and muscular fitness. Fun, easy to learn! Get ready to MOVE!

Box-Step
Take 2 GREAT cardio workouts, put them together and you get an awesome total body workout! This class uses boxing moves, vertical step patterns and isotonic exercises to energize your system!

Cardio or Cardio Sculpt
A high intensity, high-energy class designed to get your heart pumping and your feet moving! Uses high, moderate and low impact moves designed to burn calories and improve aerobic fitness. A muscular conditioning segment complements the workout. SCULPT CLASS - Focuses on muscular conditioning only. Cardio Plus on Sundays is 75 minutes and includes a strength segment.

Cardio Light
Get a GREAT cardio workout with low & moderate impact moves! Burn calories and have lots of FUN. Muscular conditioning segment included.

Core Crunch
Yes, you can get rock-hard abs!!! Let us help! In 30 minutes, challenge your CORE (abs and back) like NEVER before. This class is only offered at the SERF.

Funk 101
Get your dance on to some seriously funky beats! Learn a new routine every week as it is broken down into simple movements. Acquire mad dance skills and get a great workout. The dance floor is waiting! Open to all levels.

Fusion Classes
Fusion Classes combine two types of classes to give you a concentrated workout!! Example: Boot Camp/Core Fusion.

Group Strength
Get ready for a muscular conditioning workout like no other! Using free-weight equipment, our instructors will lead you through a total body conditioning weight training program that will tone and define your body. Includes a light cardio warm-up and abdominal training at the end of class. This class is only offered at the SERF.

Hip-Hop Mania
If you like to dance, this class is for you! By breaking down dance patterns into easy-to learn sections, you will learn funk and hip-hop patterns used by professional dancers. Move and sweat to music with strong Club, House and Hip-Hop influences. All Hip-Hop Mania classes are taught in our fitness studio at SERF!

Liquid Cardio
A fast paced water workout that burns lots of calories and tones muscles at the same time! Class also uses foam dumbbells and aqua noodles. This class is only offered at the SERF. Regular participants are encouraged to wear aqua- footwear that can be purchased at any sporting goods retailer. It's a SPLASH!

Lori's Summer Workout
Shake up your workout routine variety. This class mixes in a variety of fitness applications to challenge your body, keep the workout fun and prevent boredom!

PowerFlow
Build muscular power and joint flexibility with this cutting edge workout. By integrating Yoga and Pilates, you will strengthen and tone the abdominals, back, legs and arms. Experience a dramatic improvement in flexibility. A workout from the inside out! (Mat or towel required).

Sculpt
Tone and sculpt all major muscle groups in this fun workout. Class uses hand weights, elastic tubing and fitness steps to improve muscular endurance and strength.

Spinology
Anyone can spin! An exciting cardio workout on cycles especially created for this workout! Instructors lead you through music driven rides. Challenge yourself! One of our most popular workouts! Class is limited to 21 riders at SERF and 13 riders at the Nat, so come early. All participants must pick up a bike tag at SERF or Nat offices to claim a bike. Instructor will show you how to set up your bike. Bring a small towel and water bottle! Be on time! Once the ride begins, no further participants will be admitted. Ride to a new level of fitness! Step Sculpt
A step-training workout that incorporates creative step combinations and patterns. Includes additional full body toning. If you love step, this class is for you.

Sunrise Yoga
Wake up your body and mind with Yoga! Integrates varied yoga styles to improve flexibility, strength and balance. Helps reduce stress and improve breathing. General mats are provided or you can bring your own "sticky yoga" mat.

Super Sircuit (AKA Accelerate)
High energy 45-minute workout designed to get you fitter, faster! This program uses our Freemotion strength equipment, cardio, core and balance training devices. It is fast, furious and fun! Each class is ed by 2 Accelerate coaches that motivate and guide you through your workout. Each class is limited to 20 people, first come, first served. This class is only offered at the SERF.

Tai Chi
An even-paced, graceful martial art that increases strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. A great class to de-stress and find your inner calm.

Turbo Step
A nonstop, high energy, aerobic workout incorporating creative combinations and challenging patterns using the popular step platforms. Also includes a segment of muscular toning. If you love step, this class is for you! This class is only offered at the Nat.

Yoga
Improve flexibility, static strength and body awareness. Incorporates varied methods like Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga. Yoga + on Sunday is 75 minutes!

Yoga Strength
A hybrid of yoga and strength training, this program integrates yoga, weights and resistance bands into the poses and movements. *SHOES are REQUIRED for this Yoga class only.

Zumba
New! A Latin-based workout that integrates dance with exercise! Zumba is a hot new trend all around the country! This new workout is like a party, come join the fun! Zumba Plus on Sundays is 75 minutes!
